Schedule: Full-time float position across multiple ICU environments

Highlights:

• Work within a Level I Trauma Center environment with diverse, high-acuity patient populations
• Float across multiple critical care units including Neuro/Trauma SICU, MICU, CPS/VICU, CCU, and PCCU
• Epic EMR system utilized facility-wide
• Exposure to ICU and progressive care patients in ED and PACU during bed placement transitions

Requirements:

• Active RN license in good standing
• Epic EMR experience required
• Level I Trauma Center experience strongly preferred
• Proven competency in multiple ICU specialty areas including neuro, trauma, medical, cardiovascular, and progressive critical care
• Experience floating between units and adaptability to varying patient populations highly desired
• Strong critical thinking and clinical assessment skills essential
