Location: Georgia
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: 13-week assignment; average 2-3 weekend shifts per contract period; 7-8 call shifts per 6-week schedule plus 1 weekend call and 1-2 weekend shifts
Highlights:
- Work in a high-volume Main OR with 16 operating rooms and average daily census of 35 cases
- Diverse case mix including General, Neuro, Spine, Ortho, Robotics, Urology, Vascular, and Colorectal procedures
- Both circulating and scrubbing experience utilized; exposure to advanced robotic surgery with 2 da Vinci XI Robots
- Epic EMR and Pyxis systems in use throughout the facility
- First-time travelers accepted with minimum 1 year of experience
- Maximum 7 days of requested time off available; local candidates accepted at same rate
Requirements:
- Current RN license (Georgia or Compact state license required at time of submission)
- Minimum 1 year of OR experience; both circulating and scrubbing skills required
- BLS certification (current and valid)
- Flu vaccine required (medical or religious exemptions only)
- Two supervisory references from Manager level or above highly preferred
- Experience with a wide range of surgical procedures including laparoscopic, robotic, orthopedic, neurological, urological, and colorectal cases
- Must be available to complete compliance requirements and labs within 48 hours of contract signing
