Schedule: 12-hour night shifts, 1:4 patient ratio

Highlights:

• Oncology-focused emergency department pod with combined adult and pediatric patient populations
• 15-room, 19-bed unit with comprehensive interdisciplinary support including respiratory, radiology, pharmacy, and social services
• EPIC electronic medical record system utilized facility-wide
• 14-week contract with potential for 7 consecutive days off at facility discretion
• Opportunity to work with diverse patient age groups including pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics
• Floating required as needed to support facility operations

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of Emergency Department experience required
• Active RN license (Compact or Ohio state license required at time of submission)
• EPIC charting system experience required
• Current certifications: BCLS, ACLS, NIHSS, and PALS
• Proficiency in IV starts and telemetry monitoring
• Oncology experience preferred but not required
• Skills in blood product administration, ventilated patient care, central line management, dysrhythmia interpretation and management, and triage
• Graduation from ACEN or CCNE accredited nursing program
• Two professional references required (at least one from management or formal leadership)
• Flu vaccination required (medical exemptions only)
