Requirements:

• Active RN license in good standing
• BLS and ACLS certification required
• Previous travel experience in a large Level 1 Trauma facility (must be documented in work history)
• Strong vascular and endovascular experience required
• High proficiency ratings across all areas of OR skills checklist
• Current professional badge photo and complete demographic information required for credentialing
