Job Opportunity – PACU RN – New York State

Start Date: Not specified
Location: New York
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: 12-hour day shifts, weekend and holiday rotation required, call coverage with 60-minute response time

13-week assignment in Post-Anesthesia Care Unit
Opportunity to utilize advanced critical care skills including lethal dysrhythmia interpretation
Work with typical OR/ASU clinical equipment and instrumentation

Requirements:

Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing
Current New York State RN license
Previous PACU experience required
BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
Minimum one year medical/surgical experience preferred
Must reside outside 100-mile radius of facility
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to function effectively in high-stress situations with excellent problem-solving abilities
