Location: Madison, Wisconsin
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: 3x12-hour shifts, Friday, Saturday, Sunday, 0700-1900. No call requirements.

- Tier 1 cardiac and transplant services including ECMO, kidney and liver transplant, endovascular, laparoscopic cases, and trauma
- Multiple service lines: cardiac, thoracic, vascular, transplant, and trauma procedures
- Level 1 trauma center with emergency case exposure and hybrid OR technology

- Epic EMR system with approximately 40 hours of orientation
- Weekend-only schedule with no on-call responsibilities
Requirements:
- Active Wisconsin RN license or valid Compact license (must be in hand at time of application)
- Minimum 2 years of acute care OR experience within the last 3 years
- Strong experience in thoracic, transplant, vascular, or cardiac procedures (score of 3 or above)
- Experience with multiple service lines including trauma, transplant, cardiac, and peripheral vascular highly preferred
- BLS certification through American Heart Association required
- Flu vaccination required (medical/religious exemptions only)
- Must reside 50+ miles from facility
- Willingness to float to all service lines and circulate for emergency cases
