Schedule: 1:4 nurse-to-patient ratio, 36-hour orientation provided

• Progressive Care/Stepdown unit with diverse patient population including pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics
• 32-bed unit with comprehensive interdisciplinary support including Rapid Response Teams, Respiratory Services, and Physical Therapy
• EPIC charting system for streamlined documentation
• Consistent 1:4 staffing ratios across all shifts including weekends
• Advanced clinical skills including cardiac and vasoactive drip titration, blood product administration, and wound vac management
• Please note: No requests for time off will be approved between February 15, 2026 through February 28, 2026

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience required
• Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, and PALS
• Valid RN license (Compact or Ohio state license required at time of submission)
• Previous experience with telemetry and dysrhythmia management essential
• Emergency department experience required (ER observation/holding or MS/Tele background)
• Experience with 1:4 patient ratios preferred
• EPIC charting experience preferred
• Nursing degree from ACEN or CCNE accredited program required
• Two professional references required: one must be from a manager, director, or formal leadership role
• Flu vaccine required (medical exemptions only); COVID-19 vaccine not required
