Schedule: Evening/Night shift, 2:30 PM - 3:00 AM

Highlights:

• High-acuity 64-bed Emergency Department with diverse patient population including newborns, pediatrics, adults, and geriatrics
• Specialized units including 2 Trauma bays, 10-bed Clinical Decision Unit, and 6-bed psychiatric area
• Experience with advanced specialty equipment including Rapid Infuser and Arctic Sun
• EPIC electronic medical record system
• Charge nurse capability highly preferred
• Common diagnoses include stroke, sepsis, trauma, MI, cardiac arrest, and respiratory failure

Requirements:

• Active New York RN license
• Minimum 2+ years of Emergency Department experience with pediatric experience required
• Previous travel nursing experience required
• Current AHA BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS, and TNCC certifications (TNCC must be current)
• EPIC EMR experience required
• Two recent ED Charge Nurse or Manager references
• Willingness to float to other units as needed
