Schedule: 12-hour day shifts, 6:30 AM – 7:00 PM; floating required as needed

Highlights:

• 64-bed Intermediate Care Unit with 15 designated neuro beds serving a diverse patient population
• Varied case mix including neuro, cardiac, trauma, respiratory (COPD), DKA, sepsis, MI, cardiovascular stepdown, and post-operative patients
• Work with specialty equipment including temporary pacers, chest tubes, arterial lines, BiPAP, and chronic ventilators with respiratory therapy support
• EPIC EMR system in use throughout facility
• Adult patient population (18 years and older)
• Travel or recent travel nursing experience required

Requirements:

• Active New York RN license (all state licenses must be verified and active)
• Minimum 2 years of recent IMCU/PCU nursing experience
• Previous travel nursing experience required
• Current AHA BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications
• EPIC EMR experience required
• Two recent IMCU charge nurse or manager references
• Completed skills checklist matching specialty
