Schedule: 8-week assignment; Day shift; 48 hours per week
Highlights:
- Specialized cardiac care environment including pre/post CABG and interventional cardiac procedures
- Work with advanced cardiac monitoring, hemodynamic monitoring, and critical care equipment
- Comprehensive patient population: young adult, adult, and elderly patients
- Utilize specialized skills including sheath management, chest tube care, central line management, and IV therapy
- Professional development opportunities including precepting and performance improvement initiatives
- 8-week travel assignment with consistent day shift schedule
Requirements:
- Associate's degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Active RN license required
- BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, and EKG certification required
- CPR certification required
- Minimum 2 years of nursing experience required; 5 years preferred
- Previous travel nursing experience required
- Competency in cardiac monitoring, interventional cardiac procedures, and specialized cardiac equipment
