Requirements:

• Minimum 18 months of recent, permanent CVOR experience prior to any travel assignments
• Open heart and vascular scrub experience strongly preferred
• Active RN license (Ohio permanent license or compact license accepted)
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
• One recent professional reference from a manager, assistant nurse manager, supervisor, or director in CVOR specialty
• COVID-19 and Flu vaccinations required (medical or religious exemptions only)
• Must pass ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate assessments during orientation
• Clear background check and drug screen required
