Location: Medford, Oregon and surrounding areas

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: 8-hour day shifts; visits to up to 6 patients per day with 30 productivity points standard; no weekend requirement; no on-call

Requirements:

• Active Oregon RN license or pending license
• Minimum 1 year of skilled home health experience required
• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
• Oasis experience required
• Proficiency in adult home health skills including admission assessment, start of care, routine visits, recertification, wound care, medication administration and management, and discharge procedures
• Experience with pain assessment and management, infection control precautions, and various medication administration routes
• Reliable personal transportation required
• Two supervisory references covering one year of employment within the last three years
