Schedule: Full-time with rotating weekend requirements (4 weekend shifts per 4-week schedule); floating to other inpatient units as needed

• Orthopedic and Medical/Surgical unit with 30 and 37 beds respectively
• Patient ratio typically 6:1 with support from PCTs, SNEs, and unit secretaries during day shift

Requirements:

• Active RN license in the state of Kentucky (or eligible for licensure)
• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to manage patient assignments independently and collaboratively
• Commitment to teamwork and patient-centered care delivery
