Schedule: Full-time; at least one weekend per 4-week period (may be split); blocked scheduling available on case-by-case basis

• Diverse patient population including post-surgical, orthopedic, spine, stable trauma, and general medical-surgical patients
• Flexible scheduling with consistent leadership communication and opportunities for overtime and incentives

Requirements:

• Active RN license
• BLS certification required; ACLS optional
• Minimum 1 year of medical-surgical nursing experience
• Strong assessment, prioritization, and critical thinking skills
• Effective communication and time management abilities
• Team-oriented with a positive, self-starter attitude
