Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Highlights:

• Serve as the clinical resource for wound, ostomy, continence, and skin care across inpatient and outpatient settings
• Provide direct patient care, education, and family instruction for wound and ostomy management pre- and post-operatively
• Lead assessments of hospital-acquired pressure injuries and collaborate on prevention strategies
• Deliver educational programs, in-services, and bedside teaching to nursing staff
• Evaluate and recommend skin care products and equipment to support optimal patient outcomes
• Local travel required; must maintain valid driver's license and insurance in good standing

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
• Active California Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
• Certified Wound, Ostomy, and Continence Nurse (CWON) certification required
• Minimum of 4 years of clinical nursing experience
• Preferred: 2 years of experience in wound and ostomy care
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and patient counseling skills
• Knowledge of infection control and patient safety protocols
