Requirements:

• Active Illinois RN license (verified through Nursys)
• Minimum 3 years of Medical-Surgical nursing experience required
• Current BLS certification (American Heart Association)
• ACLS certification (American Heart Association) – required within 30 days of start date
• Current skills checklist specific to Medical-Surgical/Telemetry (within 1 year)
• Two supervisory references with employment dates
• Must reside outside 50-mile radius from facility location
