Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of Cath Lab experience required
• Active Illinois RN license
• Current American Heart Association BLS certification
• Current American Heart Association ACLS certification
• Skills checklist pertinent to Cath Lab specialty (current within 1 year)
• Must reside outside 50-mile radius from facility location
