Schedule: Every other weekend required; 1:4 patient ratio for both day and night shifts

• 24-bed Heart & Vascular Intermediate Unit with dedicated telemetry monitoring
• Advanced cardiac care including TAVR, cardiac catheterizations, ablations, watchmen procedures, and STEMI protocols
• Comprehensive unit support with charge nurse, patient care technician, and monitor technician on staff
• Allscripts electronic documentation system
• Float to similar units only, ensuring specialty-appropriate assignments
• Opportunity to care for complex cardiac patients requiring specialized drips and post-procedure monitoring

Requirements:

• Current Registered Nurse license
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required
• Strong knowledge of telemetry and cardiac monitoring
• Experience with post-procedure cardiac care including TAVR, cardiac catheterizations, ablations, and watchmen device placement
• Competency in managing cardiac drips and protocols
• Familiarity with STEMI, pacemaker, and cardio mems procedures preferred
