Location: Manchester, New Hampshire

Schedule: Day and night shifts available; patient ratios 1:4 (days/evenings) and 1:5 (nights); every other weekend required

Highlights:

• 23-bed cardiac medical unit with telemetry monitoring and advanced cardiac equipment including vein finders, mechanical lifts, and continuous pulse oximetry
• Diverse patient population including post-MI, heart failure, dysrhythmias, and post-procedural cardiac patients (caths, ablations, cardioversions, pacemakers, ICDs)
• Experience with cardiac drips including amiodarone, diltiazem, dobutamine, milrinone, and insulin infusions
• Allscripts EMR with medication scanning and soft-lab capabilities
• Collaborative team environment with dedicated charge nurses, RNs, patient care techs, and monitor techs on every shift
• Float within similar units only

Requirements:

• Active RN license in New Hampshire or compact state eligibility
• Current ACLS certification required
• Strong cardiac telemetry knowledge and skills
• Experience with cardiac medical and procedural patients, including cardiac catheterization post-procedure care
• Proficiency managing cardiac drips and hemodynamically stable cardiac patients
• Medical-surgical background with telemetry experience preferred
