Schedule: 12-hour shifts, 1:4 nurse-to-patient ratio, every other weekend required

• 24-bed Cardiac Stepdown/Progressive Care Unit specializing in advanced cardiac interventions
• Care for patients post-TAVR, cardiac catheterizations, ablations, Watchman procedures, and cardiac drips
• Telemetry monitoring with dedicated charge nurse, patient care technician, and monitor tech support
• Allscripts documentation system with comprehensive cardiac technology
• Floating to like units only, ensuring specialty-appropriate assignments
• Exposure to advanced procedures including STEMI care, pacemakers, and CardioMEMS

Requirements:

• Active RN license in New Hampshire or compact state eligibility
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Telemetry experience mandatory
• Cardiac Progressive Care or Intermediate Care experience strongly preferred
• Experience with cardiac drips, post-procedure monitoring, and interventional cardiology patients
