Highlights:
- Comprehensive perinatal nursing role including Labor & Delivery, Postpartum, Level 1 Nursery, and OB/GYN care
- Opportunity to circulate during C-Sections and attend deliveries, assisting physicians as needed
- Provide direct patient care including neonatal assessment post-delivery
- Participate in ongoing professional development with fetal monitoring and neonatal stabilization certification
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate comprehensive patient services
- May include flexible assignments based on census needs
Requirements:
- Active Wyoming RN license or Compact RN license
- Minimum 2 years recent experience in Labor & Delivery/LDRP, Postpartum, Level 1 Nursery, and OB/GYN
- Current ACLS, BLS, NRP, STABLE, and AWHONN certifications (must be through American Heart Association)
- Experience with OB/GYN patients including post-op hysterectomy, antepartum, triage, labor and delivery, and postpartum care
- Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
- Ability to advocate for patient physical and emotional well-being
