Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse (RN) – Labor & Delivery / Postpartum – Wyoming

Highlights:

  • Comprehensive perinatal nursing role including Labor & Delivery, Postpartum, Level 1 Nursery, and OB/GYN care
  • Opportunity to circulate during C-Sections and attend deliveries, assisting physicians as needed
  • Provide direct patient care including neonatal assessment post-delivery
  • Participate in ongoing professional development with fetal monitoring and neonatal stabilization certification
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate comprehensive patient services
  • May include flexible assignments based on census needs

Requirements:

  • Active Wyoming RN license or Compact RN license
  • Minimum 2 years recent experience in Labor & Delivery/LDRP, Postpartum, Level 1 Nursery, and OB/GYN
  • Current ACLS, BLS, NRP, STABLE, and AWHONN certifications (must be through American Heart Association)
  • Experience with OB/GYN patients including post-op hysterectomy, antepartum, triage, labor and delivery, and postpartum care
  • Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
  • Ability to advocate for patient physical and emotional well-being
