Schedule: 3x12-hour night shifts per week (36 hours), every other weekend

Highlights:

• 40-bed inpatient postpartum unit providing family-centered care to mothers and newborns
• Patient ratio of 3-4 dyads (6-8 patients) on night shift
• EPIC charting system with comprehensive interdisciplinary support including IV teams, pharmacy, and rapid response teams
• Care for diverse patient population including vaginal and cesarean deliveries, healthy newborns, and neonatal abstinence syndrome (NAS) infants
• 36 hours of orientation provided
• Two pre-approved time-off periods available (excluding 2/15/26 through 2/28/26)

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of postpartum nursing experience required
• Current BLS and NRP certifications required
• IV start skills and labor and delivery experience required
• EPIC charting experience required
• Telemetry interpretation skills required; EKG exam must be passed prior to start date
• Valid RN license (Compact or Ohio state license required at time of submission)
• Nursing education from ACEN or CCNE accredited program
• Flu vaccination required (medical exemptions only)
• Must be available to float to units of similar acuity as needed
• Two professional references required, including at least one from a manager or director
