Schedule: Shift-based; cross-training and float to Pediatrics as needed

Requirements:

• Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
• NICU nursing experience preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Ability to supervise support staff and delegate appropriately
• Willingness to cross-train and float to Pediatrics
• Excellent communication and family education skills
