Schedule: 12-hour shifts with 6:1 patient ratio; every other weekend required; no call

Highlights:

• Med/Surg and Telemetry experience with a 6:1 patient-to-nurse ratio across all shifts
• Epic charting system in use; proficiency required
• Assignment length varies; orientation hours are non-billable and determined by contract duration
• Floating within facility and scope of practice as needed
• Maximum 7 days of requested time off considered
• Community hospital experience preferred; first-time travelers not accepted

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of recent Med/Surg and Telemetry nursing experience
• Previous travel experience required; facility does not accept first-time travelers
• Active Georgia or Compact state RN license required at time of application
• Current BLS certification
• Proficiency with Epic EMR system
• Two supervisory references (Manager level or above) highly preferred at submission
• Strong clinical skills including telemetry monitoring, PICC line management, isolation precautions, wound care, oxygen administration, and use of rapid response/code teams
• Full compliance with all credentialing requirements prior to start date to ensure on-time orientation
