Schedule: 13-week contract, night shift (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM), 4 weekend shifts per month required, no call

• 32-bed Medical/Surgical unit with 6:1 nurse-to-patient ratio on nights

• Equipment includes telemetry monitoring, bladder scanners, vital sign machines, and patient lifts
• Charge nurse leadership role on a collaborative unit with RNs, LVNs, and PCTs

Requirements:

• Current RN license in Texas or compact state
• BLS, ACLS, and telemetry certification required
• Charge nurse experience required
• Hospital experience required
• 3 or more years of nursing experience preferred
• Open to feedback with strong owner mentality
