Schedule: Day or night shift availability; every other weekend required; patient ratio of 2:1, may surge to 1:3

• 11-bed intensive care unit with a collaborative team of 3–5 RNs per shift
• High-acuity critical care including ventilator management, intubation assistance, bronchoscopy, SLED, TEE, and cardioversions
• GE bedside monitoring and Meditech EMR system
• Opportunity to float to PCU, Telemetry, and ER for hold patients

• No on-call requirements

Requirements:

• Active RN license in Virginia or compact state licensure
• ICU nursing experience required
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications required
• Proficiency in cardiac rhythm interpretation and escalation of critical changes
• Ability to care for critically ill, high-acuity patient populations
