Schedule: 3x12 hour Night shifts. Weekdays with occasional weekends and rotating holidays. Patient ratio of 1:4-5.

• 48-bed unit with comprehensive interdisciplinary support including Physical Therapy, Respiratory Services, Pharmacy, and Rapid Response Teams
• Epic charting system utilized for documentation
• Opportunity to develop advanced skills in telemetry monitoring, central line management, IV insulin protocols, and dysrhythmia interpretation
• 13-week travel assignment with ability to float within units of equivalent or lower acuity
• Dynamic care environment serving adult patient populations with complex medical needs

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of Progressive Care Unit (PCU) experience required
• Minimum 4 years of MS/TELE experience preferred
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications required
• Valid compact or Ohio state RN license in hand at time of application
• Proficiency with Epic charting system required
• Strong skills in IV starts, telemetry monitoring, central line care, and management of dysrhythmias
• Previous travel nursing experience preferred
• Flu vaccination required (medical exemptions only)
• Graduation from an ACEN or CCNE accredited nursing program
• Two professional references required, including at least one from a manager or director
