Schedule: 3x12 night shifts; weekdays and some weekends with rotating holidays

Highlights:

• Progressive care unit serving adult and geriatric patients with diverse diagnoses including renal, hepatology, cardiology, pulmonology, and adult cystic fibrosis
• Manageable patient ratio of 1:3 on all shifts
• Epic EMR system in use throughout the facility
• Comprehensive interdisciplinary support including IV teams, respiratory services, pharmacy, rapid response teams, and more
• 36-hour orientation provided; 13-week contract with required time off built in from February 15–28, 2026
• Hands-on experience with cardiac drips, heparin protocols, insulin drips, high flow oxygen, and critical telemetry monitoring

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of PCU, stepdown, IMC, or DOU experience required
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Epic charting system experience required
• Proficiency in IV starts and telemetry monitoring
• Skills in central line care, dysrhythmia interpretation and management, heparin and IV insulin protocols, cardiac drip management, and titration of insulin drips
• Active RN license (Compact or Ohio state license in hand at time of application)
• Nursing education from an ACEN or CCNE accredited program
• Flu vaccine required (medical exemptions only)
• Previous travel nursing experience preferred
• Two professional references required, including at least one from a manager, director, or supervisor
