Schedule: 12-hour night shifts, 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM. Every other to third weekend coverage required. Floating within the organization as needed.

Highlights:

• 22-bed specialty PCU focusing on burns, plastic/reconstructive surgery, urology, gynecology, ENT, and oral/maxillofacial procedures
• Average daily census of 20 patients with a 4-5:1 patient ratio
• Specialized procedures including burn dressings, flap checks, and leech therapy
• EPIC documentation and Pyxis medication systems in use
• Comprehensive interdisciplinary support including IV/pharmacy teams, respiratory, physical therapy, social work, transport, and rapid response teams
• 24-hour orientation provided to ensure successful onboarding

Requirements:

• Active RN license (compact or Ohio state license required at time of submission)
• BLS and ACLS certifications (current and valid)
• Minimum 2 years of recent PCU experience with similar patient populations
• Previous charge RN experience preferred
• Teaching hospital experience preferred
• Flu vaccination required (medical exemptions only)
• Nursing education from an ACEN or CCNE accredited program
• Two professional references required (at least one must be from a manager, director, or formal supervisor)
