Job Opportunity – Home Care/Hospice RN – Travel Assignment

Start Date: January 5th, 2026
Location: Regional assignment (specific location provided upon qualification)
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Highlights:

8-week contract assignment from January 5th through February 27th, 2026
Home care and hospice setting with case management responsibilities
Mileage reimbursement provided at federal rate for community-based travel
HomeCare HomeBase (HCHB) charting system utilized
Monday through Friday day shift schedule with no inpatient duties
Opportunity to provide compassionate, patient-centered care in home settings

Requirements:

Active RN license (temporary, pending, or full license accepted)
Minimum 1 year of case management experience required
Previous home care or hospice nursing experience
HomeCare HomeBase (HCHB) charting experience required
Travel nursing experience required
Reliable personal vehicle for community travel throughout the day
Valid driver's license and auto insurance
2 supervisory references required
ARC certifications accepted
