Job Opportunity – Hospice Clinical Director – Colorado

Start Date: Not specified
Location: Colorado
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: On-call rotation 1-2 times per week; business casual or professional scrubs

Requirements:

Active RN license in Colorado
BLS certification required
Seasonal flu vaccination (Colorado state requirement)
Proven hospice leadership and management experience
Strong knowledge of Hospice Conditions of Participation
RN Case Management (RNCM) experience
Netsmart HomeCare experience preferred (or ability to learn EMR systems quickly)
