Location: Madison, Wisconsin
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: Evening/Night shifts (1500-2330, 1900-0730, and 2300-0730), 8-12 hour shifts, every other weekend, holiday rotation, and one call shift every 6-week scheduling period

- Provide care across multiple patient populations including pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients
- Gain experience with advanced respiratory care including mechanical ventilation, non-invasive ventilation, high flow oxygen therapy, and IMC/ICU level care
- Utilize Epic charting system in a state-of-the-art academic medical environment
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams in a leading teaching institution and referral center
- 40 hours of comprehensive orientation provided
Requirements:
- Graduate of a CoARC accredited School for Respiratory Therapy
- Licensed Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) in the State of Wisconsin (must be in hand at submittal)
- Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) credentialed by NBRC
- Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credentialed by NBRC
- BLS certification through American Heart Association only
- Minimum two years of experience as a staff respiratory therapist
- Experience in an Academic Level 1 Trauma Center or similar size hospital required
- Both pediatric and adult experience preferred
- Prior travel experience highly preferred
- Traveler's permanent address must be 50 miles or more from the facility
- Epic charting experience required
