Schedule: Full-time assignment, 3-patient average assignment

Highlights:

• Progressive Critical Care Unit serving medically delicate and surgically complex patient populations
• Case mix includes respiratory failure, sepsis, closed head injuries, multi-system organ dysfunction, endocrine disorders, complex traumas, and surgical complications
• Epic EMR system utilized facility-wide
• Competency assessment required within 24 hours of application submission
• Navy blue scrubs required per unit dress code
• Advanced hemodynamic monitoring and critical drip management protocols in place

Requirements:

• Active RN license in state
• Epic EMR experience required
• Current ACLS certification
• Competency in medical and surgical patient populations
• Proficiency with advanced hemodynamics including pressor titration protocols
• Experience with antihypertensive drips, sedatives, narcan drips, thrombolytics, arterial lines, CVP monitoring, EVD management, orthopedic traction, HFNC, BiPap/Cpap, and oxypendent therapies
• Large-scale adult PCU or community hospital ICU experience strongly preferred
• Valid email address required for competency testing
