Location: Columbus, Ohio
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: 12-hour rotating shifts (days/nights), schedule assignments reviewed every 4 weeks based on departmental needs

Highlights:

• 13-16 week travel contract in a specialized corrections healthcare setting
• Float between Oncology Medical-Surgical and Progressive Care Unit (PCU) assignments
• Patient ratios: 1:3 for PCU, 1:4-5 for Medical-Surgical
• Epic charting system and Pyxis medication management
• 72 hours of comprehensive orientation provided
• Diverse patient population including oncology, post-surgical, respiratory, and renal conditions

Requirements:

• Active RN license (compact or Ohio state license required at time of submission)
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS
• Epic charting experience required
• Oncology experience preferred but not required
• Medical-Surgical and/or Telemetry experience
• Competencies in cardiac monitoring, IV therapy, respiratory management, and dysrhythmia interpretation
• Education from an ACEN or CCNE accredited program
• 2 professional references (at least one from manager/director or formal leadership)
• Ability to complete urgent Ohio fingerprinting requirements upon contract signing
