Schedule: Night shift, 3x12 hour shifts (7:00 PM to 7:30 AM), 36 hours per week with every other weekend coverage

• Provide care for general surgery, trauma, vascular, wound, and plastics patients in a progressive East Tower unit
• Manageable patient ratios of 1:4-5 for quality patient care delivery

• Robust interdisciplinary support including IV teams, PT, respiratory services, pharmacy, and rapid response teams

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience required
• Current BLS certification mandatory
• Proficiency in IV starts, telemetry monitoring, and intermediate nursing skills
• Prior experience with Epic charting system is mandatory
• Valid compact or Ohio state RN license required at time of submission
• Nursing education from an ACEN or CCNE accredited program
• Flu vaccination required (medical exemptions only)
• Ability to float within units of equivalent or lower acuity level
• Two professional references required, including at least one from a manager or director
