Location: Smyrna, Tennessee
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: At least one weekend within each 4-week period; blocked scheduling available on a case-by-case basis

• 54-bed Med-Surg unit with 11-bed dedicated orthopedic and spine specialty floor
• Patient ratios of 1:5-6 for RNs with RN/LPN team support and dedicated PCTs
• Diverse patient population including post-surgical, trauma, orthopedic/spine, dialysis, and medical hold patients
• Documentation via Meditech; equipped with Alaris pumps, remote telemetry, specialty beds, wound vacs, and advanced technology including bladder scanners and MobiLab

Requirements:

• Active RN license
• BLS certification required; ACLS optional
• Minimum 1 year of Medical-Surgical nursing experience
• Strong assessment, prioritization, and critical thinking skills
• Ability to function independently and as part of a collaborative team
