Start Date: February 2, 2026
Location: Hazleton, Pennsylvania
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: Night shift, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM, every other weekend (Saturday/Sunday), every other holiday

Highlights:

• Acute inpatient rehabilitation unit with a daily census of 10-14 patients
• Manageable patient ratio of 1:6 on nights; no call or floating required
• Epic EMR system utilized for documentation
• First-time travelers welcome; strong interdisciplinary support including PT, RT, pharmacy, and rapid response teams
• Charge experience preferred but not required
• Comprehensive orientation with opportunities to develop specialized rehab nursing skills

Requirements:

• Active Pennsylvania or Compact RN license (must be in hand at time of submission)
• Current BLS certification required
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience
• Experience in acute inpatient rehabilitation, blood glucose monitoring, and care/management of ports
• Flu vaccination required (medical/religious exemptions only)
• Must complete Pennsylvania fingerprinting and background clearance
