Schedule: Four 12-hour shifts per week

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Registered Respiratory Therapist
• Active Ohio respiratory therapy license (must be in hand at time of application)
• NBRC certification (active and current)
• Current BLS certification
• Two professional references from a manager, supervisor, or director within the past 12 months
• Negative 10-panel drug screen including nicotine/cotinine testing
• Must be nicotine-free (smoke-free facility requirement)
• COVID-19 vaccination required (medical/religious exemptions only)
• Flu vaccination required (medical/religious exemptions only)
• Clean background check and license history
