Description
Start Date: January 12, 2026
Location: Indianapolis, Indiana
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: 13-week assignment with every-other-weekend rotation required. Float coverage between multiple affiliated facilities as needed.
Highlights:
- ICU-focused respiratory therapy position with adult and geriatric patient populations
- Work with advanced respiratory modalities including BiPAP, CPAP, High Flow Nasal Cannula, and mechanical ventilation
- Experience with Cerner charting system preferred

- One period of pre-approved time off available during contract
- Required float capability provides diverse clinical exposure across multiple care settings
Requirements:
- Active Indiana Respiratory Therapist license (must be in hand prior to start date)
- Current NBRC Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential
- ACLS and BLS certifications required; PALS preferred
- Minimum 2 years of respiratory therapy experience with at least 18 months of recent ICU experience
- Graduation from a CoARC-accredited respiratory therapy program from a regionally accredited institution (CHEA)
- Two professional supervisor references required
- Flu vaccination required (medical/religious exemptions considered)
