Description
Start Date: January 26, 2026
Location: Indianapolis, Indiana
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: Every weekend (EW) shift required; floating to multiple campuses as needed
Highlights:
- ICU-focused respiratory care with adult and geriatric patient populations
- Comprehensive case mix including ventilator management, ABG interpretation, high-flow oxygen therapy, and airway management
- Cerner charting system preferred; supportive orientation provided
- 13-week travel assignment with the option for one pre-approved time-off request

- Float assignment across multiple hospital campuses for varied clinical experience
Requirements:
- Active Indiana Respiratory Therapist license (must be in hand prior to start date)
- National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC) Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential
- Current ACLS and BLS certifications required; PALS preferred
- Minimum 2 years of respiratory therapy experience with at least 18 months of recent ICU experience
- Education from a CoARC-accredited program and regionally accredited institution (CHEA)
- Two professional supervisor references required
- Flu vaccination required (medical/religious exemptions only)
