Location: Western Massachusetts
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: 36 hours per week, 12-hour shifts, every other weekend and holidays as needed

Highlights:

• Medical Surgical unit with 20-34 beds and typical 1:6 patient ratio
• Telemetry monitoring experience required; float to other Med Surg units as needed
• 13-week assignment with minimal time-off requests considered (5 days maximum)
• Meditech Expanse EMR system in use (experience highly preferred)
• 8-hour non-billable orientation provided
• Holiday and overtime multipliers at 1.25x

Requirements:

• Active Massachusetts RN license
• Minimum 2 years of current Medical Surgical experience
• Telemetry experience required
• Active BLS, ACLS (American Heart Association), and NIHSS certifications – must be current at time of application
• Basic Dysrhythmia course completion strongly required
• Massachusetts Temporary Nursing Service Agency license (Nursing Pool) required
• Willingness and ability to float to other Medical Surgical units
• Must reside more than 50 miles from facility location
• Reliable personal vehicle required
• Skills checklist current within one year and one supervisory reference from the past two years required
