Highlights:

• Coordinate comprehensive patient care during surgical procedures in collaboration with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and OR staff
• Function as a first assistant during surgical incision, excision, and repair procedures within privileged scope
• Participate in preoperative assessment and planning for surgical patients alongside healthcare team members
• Utilize subject matter expertise in medications, treatments, and evidence-based patient care standards
• Organize and facilitate optimal patient outcomes throughout the perioperative period

Requirements:

• Current California RN license required
• Operating Room nursing experience required
• First assisting experience and privileges preferred
• Strong knowledge of perioperative patient care standards
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills
