Description
Start Date: February 23, 2026
Location: Indianapolis, Indiana
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: 3x12 or 4x12 shifts; every other weekend required
Highlights:
- Pediatric-focused respiratory therapy role with primary placement in Labor & Delivery, NICU, PICU, or Pediatrics
- Float opportunities across multiple pediatric specialties based on facility needs
- Work with a diverse neonatal, infant, and pediatric patient population
- Cerner EMR system preferred; comprehensive orientation provided

Requirements:
- Active Indiana Respiratory Therapist license (temporary accepted if permanent license application submitted)
- NBRC Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential required
- ACLS and BLS certifications required
- NRP required for Labor & Delivery placement (can be obtained post-offer)
- PALS preferred
- Minimum 2 years respiratory therapy experience required
- Children's hospital experience within the last 3 years strongly preferred; candidates with Level I adult trauma facility experience may be considered
- Labor & Delivery experience highly valued, as primary placement will be in L&D
- NICU or PICU experience required
- Education must be from a CoARC-accredited program and regionally accredited by CHEA
- Willingness to float between NICU, PICU, and Pediatrics units as needed
