Location: New Hampshire

Schedule: 13-week assignment; every other weekend and holiday coverage required; day and night shifts available

Highlights:

• Cross-trained role covering Medical/Surgical, Telemetry, and Progressive Care Unit
• Patient population ranges from newborn to geriatric
• RN-to-patient ratios: 5:1 standard; 3:1 or 4:1 for higher acuity PCU patients
• Small, rural facility environment requiring independent practice and critical thinking
• Cardiac monitoring and basic dysrhythmia interpretation integral to the role
• Personal scrubs of any color permitted

Requirements:

• Active New Hampshire RN license or Compact license
• American Heart Association BLS and ACLS certifications (current)
• Minimum 3 years of combined experience in PCU, Medical/Surgical, and Telemetry settings
• Proficiency with cardiac monitoring and telemetry interpretation
• Completion of basic dysrhythmia test
• Current skills checklists for Medical/Surgical, Telemetry, and Progressive Care Unit (within 1 year)
• One supervisory reference from within the past two years
• Previous travel experience highly preferred
• Rural or small facility experience highly preferred
• Must possess personal vehicle for duration of assignment
• Must reside more than 50 miles from assignment location
