Schedule: Call required on all days worked and weekends (weekend call is very infrequent; report-in only if cases are scheduled)

Requirements:

• Active Michigan RN license (verified via LARA and/or Nursys)
• Minimum 3 years of CVOR experience required
• Open heart surgery experience required
• Recent travel work history highly preferred
• Current American Heart Association BLS certification
• Current American Heart Association ACLS certification
• CVOR skills checklist (current within 1 year) required at submission
• Two supervisory reference forms completed within the last two years
