Location: Monroe, Georgia
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: 12-hour shifts with 2:1 patient ratio; every third weekend; call once weekly as needed; float within facility as required

Highlights:

• Full-scope LDRP unit caring for laboring patients from 35 weeks, postpartum, and newborn care
• 7-bed unit with daily census of 6 patients; Epic EMR system
• 13-week assignment with first-time travelers welcomed
• Comprehensive interdisciplinary support including PT, respiratory services, pharmacy, and rapid response teams
• Couplet care experience with breastfeeding and lactation support
• Opportunity for up to 7 days requested time off during assignment

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of LDRP, Labor & Delivery, or Mother/Baby experience
• Active Georgia or Compact state RN license required at time of application
• Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, NRP, AWHONN Advanced or Intermediate required
• Epic charting experience required
• Experience with 2:1 patient ratios, high-risk antepartum, vaginal and cesarean deliveries
• Proficiency in IV starts/maintenance, infusion pumps, postpartum hemorrhage management, and newborn assessment
• Community or teaching hospital experience preferred
• Two supervisory references (Manager level or above) highly preferred
