Location: Las Vegas, Nevada
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: 3 shifts per week with every other weekend commitment; 3:1 to 4:1 patient ratios

Highlights:

• Work in a 48-bed Progressive Care Unit recognized as a 2024 Unit of Distinction award winner
• Primary nursing model with focus on direct patient care
• Experience with advanced equipment including ventilators, BiPAP, in-room vital sign monitoring, and centralized telemetry
• Manage patients requiring drips, ventilator support, and assist with procedures including chest tubes, central lines, and emergency intubations
• Electronic documentation using Meditech EMR system
• Professional development in a high-acuity intermediate care environment

Requirements:

• Active RN license in Nevada or ability to obtain
• Progressive Care Unit (PCU) or Intermediate Care (IMC) experience required
• Demonstrated experience managing drips and ventilators
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Commitment to bedside shift reporting and AIDET communication framework
• Royal blue scrubs required; no artificial nails
