Requirements:

• Active Michigan Registered Nurse license (verified through LARA and/or Nursys)
• Minimum 2 years of Long-Term Care (LTC) experience required
• Current American Heart Association BLS certification
• Current skills checklist specific to LTC (within one year)
• Two supervisory reference forms completed within the last two years
• Permanent address outside 100-mile radius from facility
