Schedule: Full-time leadership position with standard business hours and on-call responsibilities as needed

Highlights:

• Lead and oversee all clinical and anatomic laboratory operations in collaboration with Medical Directors and Regional Clinical Laboratory Directors
• Direct responsibility for financial planning, contracting, regulatory compliance, and accreditation processes
• Manage comprehensive Quality Assurance programs and ensure accurate testing protocols and result reporting
• Supervise multi-level laboratory personnel and drive operational excellence across all laboratory functions
• Select and implement appropriate instrumentation and testing methodologies to optimize laboratory performance
• Partner with pathologists to maintain the highest standards of laboratory medicine and patient care

Requirements:

• Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS) or Medical Technologist (MT) certification required
• Bachelor's degree in Clinical Laboratory Science, Medical Technology, or related field; Master's degree preferred
• Previous laboratory management or supervisory experience required
• Strong knowledge of CLIA, CAP, Joint Commission, and other regulatory standards
• Demonstrated expertise in laboratory operations, quality assurance, and compliance
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
