Location: Columbus, Ohio

Schedule: 3x12 hour shifts, 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM, 36 hours per week

Highlights:

• High-volume Labor & Delivery unit serving a diverse patient population including neonates, adolescents, and adults
• Epic EMR system utilized for all patient charting and documentation
• Comprehensive interdisciplinary support including IV teams, respiratory services, pharmacy, and rapid response teams
• 13-bed unit with a daily census of approximately 10 patients
• 36 hours of structured orientation to ensure successful integration
• Flexibility may be required to float to antepartum and other units within the organization as needed

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of recent Labor & Delivery experience required
• Active RN license (compact or Ohio state license accepted)
• Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, and NRP
• NCC C-EFM or AWHONN Advanced Fetal Monitoring certification required
• Epic EMR experience required
• Proficiency in IV starts and advanced L&D clinical skills
• Previous travel nursing experience strongly preferred
• Education from an ACEN or CCNE accredited nursing program
• Flu vaccination required (medical exemptions only)
• Two professional references required, including at least one from a manager or director
